How To Measure Your Hand Size

Span is the measurement from the tip of the little finger to the tip of the thumb while the hand is outstretched. Although using a tape measure is probably the most accurate way to determine body frame size, you can also use your thumb and index finger. Simply place the flat sides of your gauge against the hour wheel and this will show you your hand hole size.

This test will give you a precise numerical measurement for your grip size. Then, look up to the point where your middle finger ends and note the number beside it. To music therapists and care workers or other health and education professionals this ratio of 9/1 could be important.
